Mr. Terpak is a Virginia native. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg , Virginia and his Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. In 2000, he began private practice in Fairfax County, Virginia , concentrating at the time primarily on personal injury (pi) and wrongful death cases. He has litigated complex injury and death cases in state and federal courts against a wide range of defendants, including major auto manufacturers and large government entities.
