Mr. Terpak focuses his practice on Virginia personal injury claims, civil litigation, and traffic cases. He has been in private practice in Fairfax and Arlington since 2000. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Mary Washington College Virginia and his law degree from George Mason University School of Law. As a traffic accident attorney, he has litigated complex cases in state and federal courts against a wide range of defendants, including major manufacturers, fortune 500 companies and large government entities. From the time he began practicing as a Fairfax VA Personal Injury Attorney, Mr. Terpak has handled cases against almost every liablity insurance company that does business in northern Virginia. Moona Shakil Ali

Moona Shakil Ali was born in Islamabad, Pakistan. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marymount University in 1998. In May of 2001, she received her Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. Since then, Ms. Shakil has been a practicing immigration attorney, focusing much of her efforts on visas and residency for skilled workers and investors. She also frequently handles family based immigration cases, along with naturalization, asylum and Violence Against Women Act cases. Ms. Shakil is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She is qualified to handle U.S. immigration cases from any state, and often represents business immigration clients from far outside the D.C. metro area.
